www.printwiseonline.co.uk is a site operated by Printwise Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 4402302 and have our registered office at 42-44 High Street, Felling, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear NE10 9LT. Our main trading address is the same as above.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Printwise Limited, 42-44 High Street, Felling, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear NE10 9LT. Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act is Mark Parvin.

3. COOKIE POLICY

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site.

NCR stands for  “No Carbon Required” and means there is no need for old fashioned, messy blue carbon paper. The NCR paper has been treated with a special coating. When you write on the top sheet of the NCR paper, an impression is made on the sets below.

NCR printing is available as Duplicate (2part NCR), Triplicate (3part NCR) or Quadruplicate (4part NCR) and is custom made to your exact requirements. Each order we produce is manufactured from scratch and is made especially for you.

NCR printing is usually used for invoices, statements, time sheets, booking forms, receipts and all sorts of forms where copies of a document are required. NCR printed forms have an invaluable purpose for businesses throughout the UK.

We also offer services such as consecutive numbering, hole punching and fixed writing shields which can be added to your order. Each order can be tailored to your exact requirements.

You can upload your own file for us to use, or choose one of our free templates, which we will customise to your exact requirements – and email you a proof for approval. We also offer an in house design service, where we will design your business stationery from scratch and provide proofs for approval prior to printing. Alternatively, if you have a good quality hard copy original, post this to us and we may be able to use it.

Free Delivery

FREE DELIVERY to one Mainland UK address - Delivery is free using our standard next working day courier service

It does not matter if your order is big or small – delivery is free. Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday. We do not deliver on Public Holidays

Non-Mainland UK Addresses - We charge the following prices for delivery:

  • Order value up to £150 = £9.95
  • Order value from £151 to £500 = £14.95
  • Order value from £501 upwards = £19.95

Non-Mainland UK addresses defined as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc. Please call (0191) 422 0800 if you need further clarification. Delivery to Non-Mainland UK addresses may take slightly longer to deliver.

UK Mail
  • Currently we only deliver to UK addresses
  • You will need to sign for the parcel on receipt, for this reason we cannot deliver to P.O. box addresses
  • Free delivery is on a standard next working day (Monday to Friday) delivery to one mainland UK address
  • We now offer an A.M. delivery service (this means your order will be delivered between 8.00am and 12.00 noon - Monday to Friday). This service is only available for mainland UK addresses. You can select this upgrade as you progress through our online ordering service. The additional price for an A.M. delivery is £8.95 + VAT. This price will be added to your order.
  • We use courier service UK Mail for most of our deliveries
  • Our courier does not deliver on Public Holidays

Each order we produce is manufactured to your exact requirements, from scratch, and is unique to you. Orders are manufactured at our premises in Felling, Gateshead as despatched by our courier service partners.
