    Q: How do I place my order?

    We make it easy to order. You can order online now by selecting the product you require and progressing through our automated ordering service. Alternatively you can email us sales@printwiseonline.co.uk or call us on (0191) 422 0800.

    Q: What are your turnaround times?

    Our standard turnaround time is to despatch orders within 6 working days. We also have an express service in which we despatch orders within 3 working days at a 20% surcharge to our standard prices (minimum charge £19.95). Please see the following link for further information.

    Q: Where are you based?

    We are based in Felling, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear UK. We use a national courier service to despatch our goods. All printing is and production is carried out onsite.

    Q: Do you offer a credit facility?

    We do not offer credit. All orders are placed on a payment with order basis. We accept most major credit / debit cards (we do not accept American Express). We also accept payment via Paypal, Bacs transfer and Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Printwise Limited.

    Q: What are your hours of business?

    We are open from 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays and public holidays.

    Q: What about delivery of my order?

    Delivery is free of charge to one mainland UK address. We also deliver to non mainland UK addresses at a small surcharge – please see the following link for further details:

    Q: Can I collect my order?

    Yes, you can collect your order from our premises. Please call first to arrange a suitable time for collection.

    Q: Will I need to sign for my parcel?

    Yes, our courier service does require a signature on receipt of the parcel.

    Q: Does the courier service deliver at the weekend, or on Bank holidays?

    Our courier does not deliver on the weekend or bank holidays as standard. It may be possible to arrange a weekend delivery of your order, however, this will entail additional costs and we would need to quote for this.

    Q: I am not registered for VAT, do I still pay VAT?

    The simple answer is yes, everybody pays VAT on our products. The only way to claim the VAT back is if you are VAT registered.

    Q: Do you have an in-house quality control department?

    We do have an in-house quality control department. Each order we produce is manufactured from scratch and is unique to you. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we produce and check them thoroughly before despatch. Most of our work is from repeat custom and we aim to build our customer base from satisfied customers.

    Q: What is an NCR set?

    NCR sets typically consist of a white top sheet plus one or more coloured under-sheets glued together on one edge.

    Q: What is the difference between an NCR pad and an NCR book?

    Both pads and books consist of 50 NCR sets. The difference between the two is that pads are glued together, where as books are perforated, stapled and bound together. NCR books are a more durable option and the sets will stay fixed in the book until physically removed. Both pads and books have a greyboard backing card.

    Q: What type of printing do you do?

    We have two printing processes. Our one colour printing is produced on traditional lithographic printing presses. Our full colour printing is produced on digital state of the art machinery.

    We use Idem Superior quality NCR paper. This is the market leading supplier of NCR paper.

    Q: I only have a hard copy of what I need printing.

    If you only have a hard copy (good quality original) of the document you need printing, please post this to us. Providing the quality of the hard copy original is okay, we may be able to use it.

    • Do not fold it
    • Do not write on it
    • We recommend you protect it with a sheet of cardboard in the envelope so it doesn’t get damaged in the post

    Once you complete your online order, you will be given an order number. Please write this order number on the envelope and post it to:

    Printwise Online, 42-44 High Street,
    Felling, Tyne & Wear NE10 9LT.

    On receipt of your envelope we will give you a call to clarify your order.
